Before you convert
Animations do not survive

What changes
- Animations and transitions are not part of the output — they have no equivalent outside a live presentation.
- If the document uses a font the server does not have, a substitution is picked before rendering — a close match, not the original. Line breaks and page counts can shift as a result, which is why it is worth opening an important file before sending it on.
